More About Me

Emily Martini began her Real Estate Career at
Century 21 Gold in July of 2024. She is a Berks county native, having graduated
from Fleetwood High School. Her professional career prior to Real Estate was
served in the field of Social Work, as she graduated from West Chester
University with a Bachelor of Social Work degree.

Working Together: Emily prides herself on straight forward communication,
educating her clients on the Real Estate buying/selling process, and
partnership. Thorough consultation when beginning a home search or sale, as
well as debriefing and checking in throughout the process, are two tenants of
her approach to client experience. Because not every home is perfect, Emily
pays particular detail to communicating risk vs reward as well as appropriate
expectations for the condition and value of a property, to help her clients
make informed decisions.

Philosophical Approach: In addition to the business and transactional aspects of real
estate, there is also the personal and emotional side of all things that make
“Home”. Emily believes searching for a new home should be exciting, and things
like “where will the Christmas tree go?” Or “which will be the baby’s room?”
are joyful and important considerations. Additionally, the transition of
parting with a family home to move onto a fantastic new adventure, also comes
with the nostalgia of what chapters that home represents.
